Kim Trankina, RN, CNM, was trained as a nurse midwife and practiced in the metro-Atlanta area for eight years in a busy Ob-Gyn office delivering babies and caring for women throughout pregnancy and birth.

She began working in medical aesthetics in 2009 and has been injecting and refining her skills ever since. She routinely attends injector trainings and keeps up to date with the latest products.

As a solo practitioner, she provides a personalized experience and a calm environment for treatments.

Her approach is gentle and conservative, with the goal of creating a natural look and enhancing natural beauty.

Menu of Services

Botox - $11/unit
- Used to treat moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, primarily in between brows, the forehead area, and crow's feet, etc.

Xeomin - $11/unit
- Neurotoxin similar to Botox

Juvéderm - $525/syringe
- Used to soften lines on the face or plump and fill lips. Typical use is 1-3 syringes

Volbella - $525/syringe
- Specifically for lips and around the mouth to plump lips and/or reduce fine lines around the mouth

Vollure - $550/syringe
- Used to treat deeper wrinkles on the face and to restore midface volume, 1-3 syringes typically needed for full correction

Voluma - $650/syringe
- Used to correct midface volume loss and enhance cheek area.Typical use is 1-3 syringes

Volux - $650/syringe
- Perfect to create structure and contour in the jawline and chin

Skinvive- $650/2 syringes
- Hydrates and smooths skin on the face and neck. Lasts 6 months!!!

Radiesse - $650/syringe
- A dermal filler for correcting moderate to severe facial wrinkles. It is made from calcium hydroxyapatite and stimulates your body to produce collagen

Restylane - $525/syringe
- Smooths away face wrinkles and folds

Restylane Lyft - $600/syringe
- Adds lift and volume to cheeks and the midface

Microneedling - $200 or 3 /$525
- Used to treat acne scars, wrinkles, large pores and more

Kybella - $350 per vial with $300 injection fee
- Used primarily for stubborn fat under the chin, and can also sometimes be used for fat in the bra area and the jowls

Vitamin B12 - $10
- Intramuscular injections used to increase energy and boost metabolism

Lash Enhancer - $30
- Similar to Latisse, this growth serum thickens, lengthens and sometimes darkens eyelashes

Lipovite - $20
- Intramuscular injections used to increase energy and boost metabolism
